5-15kts E then 5-12kts patchy E then 12-17kts ENE Coal Point, NSW, AU

 7.5m Turbo - 125ltre tabou bullit - 38cms tectonics weedy 

 then WT64 ( 112ltres) - 35cms tectonics weedy Fun! 

Last time I waited for the wind and missed the best so this time I went out as soon as it looked ok.

Not bad. On and off the plane but some nice long planing runs. Only one out.

 Came in and had a rest and then back out with Andrew and Nic. Not as good . Patchy 5-12kts only got a decent gust and on the plane once.

 Started washing the gear but decided to wait around and see what happened.

 Seemed to fill in so I risked it and went the WT64.

Let the fun begin!  

The new deckgrip is great.

Got my 1st powered runs towards Carey and back past the point. Not much tail flex and pretty powered with the 7.5m . Concentrating too hard to yeehaa..

 Very happy.

 My big board gybes were better. I worked on a few errors. I have a bad habit of putting my weight on the rear foot after the flip and with the WT one at Carey the board spun right into the wind and the sail came at me.. Dur.. Took a while to get everything lined up and restart.

Jimmy's Beach, NSW, AU. McKee Hydro 155ltr. KA Koncept 7.5. 40cm. Forecasts have been good so far. 12-14kts ene today and i'd say it was bang on that. A bit choppy with east in it. I saw flat water behind Barnes rock so went through some mess to go for a look first time ever. I think that bay would be nice in NE. Couple shallow spots to watch in there.
