wasn't a great day wind gusting to around 20-25knots but very swirly with short sharp chop,we always seemed to be pointing when trying to bearaway.
i had sprayed silicon on my mast to help with camber rotation "warning don't do it" my hands became slippery and i couldn't grip the boom and my boom kept on sliding down the mast after just one run.
to add injury to insult Anthony ripped a muscle in his shoulder clean off the bone when downhauling his sail but he went out regardless and posted some good times for the conditions and his injured shoulder.
