At GB using I86/6.2 RSREvo1/31cm select and wind was about 20 knots give or take a little. The 6.2 RSR E1 is an amazing sail, considering this was its 1st use. I've smashed my 2 sec time that I've toiling away with on the 6.7 RSR. Cant wait to get this combo to Burrum, wheer theres some room & consistant wind.

Sure. The RSR is a grunty sail, with heaps of top end, however contrary to what NP will tell you, its more efficent for the larger person, say around 100kg. I'm 85kg. This sail is a little finer in the entry, with a flatter profile & less sail tension. Its more forgiving in the hands. I must note however I have changed down to a 6.2 from a 6.7, but most of those changes are obvious when you rig it. NP changed the 6.2 and 6.7 only, and those have made a noticable difference.

Well done captain!  I got out earlier today but think my GPS is stuffedCry Wind was very gusty and water very choppy so no decent times for me.  If I do manage to retrieve some data off the internal memory I will post it (no data on card)

Geez Jas, I'm going to have to stop discussing the best combo's as now I have no chance of catching that time. 7.2 and 101 iS maybe?

Tanks guys/gals.

Ulf, I think 6.2/7.2 combo on I101 would go great. Haggar, unfortuneately we need 2 tracks to have it count towards the team challange.

I managed to get my GPS to reboot this morning.  Dylan will have a look tonight and see if he can get the track off the internal memory.  He has done this before when we had a falty card in it.
