Strayed from Diva territory today as I had a 1hr window of opportunity for a  sail at Melville. Rigged 6.5m NP Expression just as the wind came in. Way overpowered in the middle so came in for a "quick" change  to find that I couldn't release the mast base. Helped with that then Mast extension got stuck. YellWindow of opportunity for a sail completely shut so that was it for this Diva.  Other wavey Divas going for height not speed today.  Diva Moi and Tracey might get a post in though. Rumours of our demise may be only slightly exaggerated.....this month at leastWink

Thanks Hardie - congrats on your distance PB by the way. I am hoping to get the Divas together soon to discuss the future of the team. I guess we have got more into wave sailing this season and there doesn't seem to be much point checking your speed when you are sailing slower to try and catch waves. Maybe if there was a way of measuring jump heights we'd be posting more and changing our name to the Wavesailing MoFo's (Navy Steves expression not mine).Laughing

Thanks Mineral- we have had an offer to join up with our fellow Woodies sailors so we really just need to get together to decide if we want to maintain our Diva only status or become Divas and Warriors. We have had a lot of fun in this comp so will definately try to stay involvedSmile
