Starboard Formula 162, NP RS:6 9.8m, VMG J70 fin. Wind was definitely down on forecast but great for formula. SSW 10-15kts. Good to see so many guys out.

Sandringham 10-15 S/SW

Starboard S-Type 126, Loft O2 7.4, 40cm Curtis fin

It was a bit of a letdown today after the midweek forecasts that kept dropping. It was a nice sunny day though and it was great to get out on the water after 5 weeks without a windy weekend. It was definitely a day for the formula guys.

Sandringham up to 15 knots SSW - as mike said a real let down after the weeks forecast. But great to be out.

JP SS 118 NP 7.5 V8 MFC 40 fin.

Watching the formula guys was pretty cool, great day for them - wish i had one.

Sandringham, 10-15kn ssw, im sure there was more in some of those gusts....

Starboard 161, RS Racing 10.7, VMG K70

I was a bit disapointed about the forecast not coming through, although i ended up having a lot more fun on the formula board, new fin goes great, a lot more comfortable down wind. Not happy about realspeed cutting back my 28.1kn peak

All up a good day on the water

Sandringham, 10-15kn SSW. (gusts were interesting)

Starboard 160, Severne Code Red 11mt 2007, Drake 70cm.

Had a great sail. Unreal fun with all there on the water. Nice sporting community feel. Kind of like being 'back in the day' Saturday footy(never made the 3pm game, so hoping sailing might bring some more opportunities!!)

First time with new sail. So much better than that 06 model(soooo glad it shat itself, during the warranty)

Sandringham 13-15kts SW.

105l F2 SX M, 7.8m NP RSS mkIII, MFC RC 400 fin.

My first real sail in many a month.  Not as good as forecast but hey, still better than every other weekend in recent memory.  Couldn't gybe to save my life, and when I could, I had to sail off downwind in order to stay planning so never came back within 50m of my approach - hence the alpha.

Popped my boom in half too trying to pump up onto the plane so I am now on the hunt for a replacement.  At least I was only 50m from shore when it happened.  I could have been on the other side of the bay...

Great to see so many guys out.

Good effort fella's. Thinking about you all sailing, whilst I was painting, sorry the wind didn't show as forcasted,

Nice K's Mike considering the wind(lack).

Tim I see you just pipped Mike on the 2sec Peak - not someting you see every day (or easily done) - good sailing!

Hope to be sailing with you again soon, another week or so of painting should do it.....

i got my best 10sec formula speeds, 26.72 & 26.23 yesterday. I would have been sour if i'd taken out the semi-sinker & 7.0.

The rig felt just about perfect yesterday. It would be good to see a few more guys on Formula

Next target 30knots.. it could end in devestation
