Bonno vs Elwood....I think it's "Same Same but Different' ! Elwood has some good chop and swell as well as flat bits between, IMO  it's generally stronger and reliable up there in a Seabreeze and more cross shore which suits me better than the shore break with little wind to get out which I have experienced lots  of the time at Bonno in SW (and as Steve mentioned no messy chop). For me it's the same drive either way, but the chicks are definitely hotter up north which makes it worth the drive  at times for sure ;-)

And there's always the option to go across the bay if you're up for it. :-)

Certainly no flat water in Elwood, I can tell, I have just been back from Invy!

Ok, after upsetting the whole team with my comments, I wish you guys a happy new year and a lot of wind where ever you sail.

..looks the god of winds tought us a lesson today as it wasnt blowing anywhere. All the best for the new year to all the Bonno team with lots of wind from the right directions and in the right places. I'm in for a new year's sail tomorrow.
