Lake Weyba, QLD, AU.Dissapointing again after 20-30kts forecast to only get 12-16 SE, went out at 11am with 8.5 on tyronsea, about 12 switched to Isonic117/41, still very on & off till about 1.30 when Greg came out & then only lasted till 3pm after which became marginal gusty.

Queens Beach, QLD, AULast minute sail till dark. Ian, Glenn and Andrew all there. Light wind but enough. Futura 111, Fusion 7.2 and Select 44 of some sort. Ultimate freeride kit for light wind.

I also went for a look at the pond very light maybe enough for an 8m + not a waste of time though the most beautiful crystal clear water I have seen there for a long time. Took a few pics had a walk along the beach then headed off (on bike) to the CMF pre party party, great Sunday arvo

Pete and Greg glad you guys got some sailing in!

Kell - I went out on a friends F2 Lightning with 9 m sail - fun on the lightning but little wind and the water was cold cold cold and not real clear past the 1st sand bank. I should have gone surfing and  mountain biking like I originally planned!

Don't know why but Weyba seems to get these winter SEs better than most places, was the same last year, I wonder if Gestalt has a opinion, he usually does on everything else!
