The General (5680km):  6 categories       Odins Playground, QLD, AU Big day for the team today. 100% turnout. Doesn't happen very often, but how many teams can claim that? Gusty and up and down. By the time the wind kicked in was too stuffed from dredging. Would have been better speeds if I would have rigged a 7.0 and waited for the wind to come in. Just before the wind kicked in I changed up fins to a S10 39cm. Big mistake was like sailing with a crab pot attached to the back of my board. I don't know how people sail on fins that arn't full carbon. There is so much less control and a dragging feeling. Misteral 112, Reflex 5 7.8, SL-P 37. RAMBO (1881km):  6 categories isonic 97, 7.6 TR8, some f*&ken fin - i didnt even check, i think its made from papermache.
needed bigger sail to keep up with chris. that .2 made all the difference. Odins playground was working. just chris and i out for the longest time. warm flat water, sunshine and good, but gusty winds. Arm pump was rediculous due to not sailing much, but I think the summer looks promising for swat. THanks to chris for sharing your camelback, tasted extra good due to your ?strawberry chapstick?
