JPSS109-Loft 6.6 O2 - Stock Fin

Haven't really sailed since I broke my ribs (June?), Took it nice and easy and called it a day early at around 3:30 (before the big wind hit).

Loved being back on the water.

I'm Back! woohoo!

Shifty, cranky wind and shocking chop. 6 x One Designs, 20 x 3 knot boats and 10-12 windsurfers all trying to sail in the same spot equals a motocross track.

Nice warm sunny day in boardies and rashy but that was probably the highlight. Still fun anyway but my knees are killing me.

Falcon 112, Evo V 7.8, Weedster 3.

Super Sunday avo session, got down about 4:20 rigged up all new gear and had a bloody blast. Great getting to test the wifes new board.

Gosh the insergents are a filty bunch.., just leave rubbish around everywhere!

JP All Ride 106, NP RYDE 6.5 (really really nice sail), Jp Freeride 32 fin. Not a bad result for all stock freeride gear!!!

Awesome sail. Wind came in nicely just as forecast. I could have waited an hour or two later. Lots of guys out which was great to see and be part of. I wish you could ban jet skies. They do suck.

6.2 old H2 , 115 patrik, 42 fin. Bit slow at the start but fun once the wind picked up.

The water and wind up in the corner was a lot better than straight off the beach.

Great day sailing, pity it was spoiled by total f%ckwit Jet Skis. Whats the matter with you Waterways....are you scared of them...get a gun and shot the lot of them.

On the other hand I love Almond Magnums, but I hate when their wrappers stick to your fin for 2 legs !!!!!!

Sorry to the guy with the Ezzy Sail running parallel with me down the run way when I was sliding side ways towards him. Smile

A waist harness is definitely no good for speed sailing.

Disappointing sail with less wind than expected and lots of chop as power boats returned from the weekend, but still good to get out.

Falcon 99L with H2 6.8m.

JP Magic Ride 118, Maui 6.5, Select 40

10-18 kt E/N/E Lumpy with lots of holes off Winda Woppa.

Magic Ride at 76cm wide handles the chop & swells really well. Stable when launching off swells too.

Also handles coming back in over chop & swell with no drama or hint of diving or catching a rail.

Long time since I've had 3 days in a row windsurfing. Need more TOW. Smile

GPS failed to record my session... Yell

Great blast, just wish I had my alpha and top speeds recorded properly.

The display registered 59.90km/h and then 62.89. Alas no proper records. Avg speed 17.1kts is all I've got.

Exocett RS2, TRX 7.7 and 6.3 (so nice to sail fast on a small rig!), Select SL7 35, VMAX 31 and 29.
