Hey Troutty.

Got out for my first sail in 3 weeks. Busted my big toe up pretty good at work and have been hobbling around since.

Finished work and headed down, borrowed some kit(Thanks Chris). and very tentatively went for a blast out and back.

Watched every move I made with the toe but managed to get into the straps Ok and made the gybe. 

Probably only sailed about a Km but had a smile on my dial the whole timeSmile. A bit sore now but will slowly test it out 

over the next couple of weeks. Doctor said 4-6 weeks it's been 2.5 now, I think thats long enough.Tongue out
