Sunday afternoon sail with Shane and a new addition to the MM Steve, a funny english chap. Shows a fair bit of promise for a newbie 

Wind was a bit wierd today when we started there was no wind at the Town end and half an hour later there was plenty there but it then became very patchy at the kiters end. Had one go at the nm which was fun but then the wind really started to drop out. Think it was about the same time that Steve took a 54cm wide slalom board for a run. Hmmm wonder if he is any relation to Cap'n Calm???

Good fun & great to be on the water with both Shane & Steve, also Cliff & Gary also joined us late in the session.

My first sail this year, at least 4 months since the last dip. Oh, last sail 29 September, 6 months ago. Managed an hour straight out which was pleasing, just not very quick Wind a bit up and down, Morts board speed was way better than mine. 

Funto beon the water with Morts, Shane and later Cliff and Gaz. 

Changed to JP54SP for the last bit includng the NM but wind dropped.
