Green Island, QLD, AU.Yeah went to Green Island with my charming wife and a car load of kids.Benny needed a play mate and thats the only  way i could get there..New it was gunna be a light wind session so took all the big gear over..Rigged no cam 7.8 on free ride 120 Fox with 41.5 cm fin,..Had a fun blast in12 to 15 knots of breeze with the few nice gusts coming through out in the big pool..Had a bit of fun on the drag as there was plenty of water for most of the session but it started to get a bit dodgey towards the end especially carrying a big fin..Had some good fun drags with Benny on his race gear.. He sailed like a real Pro and never put a foot wrong.I had to cut him off a few times and steal his wind thats the only way i could hold him off.. I dropped a couple of gybes and had a bit of trouble trying to water start a big rig in a lumpy sea and not a lot of breeze, thats about the only thing that annoyed me today..So i guess it was worth rigging up for..Good fun and good company..Cheers Ed..

Green Island, QLD, AU - Fun half day with the Effervescent Ed & 4 girls! Cool

Light wind sailing on the big gear...  Predominately 12~15kn being my guess with more East than South, so no chance of using the speed run today.  Spent most of the sesh on the drag strip following Eddie around on his Fox 120 with gusto & plenty of water underneath us for the majority.

Water temp & clarity just superb!  So much so, it was hard to see the chop in the aqua blue...  Had more energy in the tank to keep sailing, but had to call it quits to catch the 230 ferry home.

Just great to get back over to the Island before Christmas- it's certainly been a while...  I had to seriously grease up the zips on the gear bag...

Ended up all smiles on dials of course in our beautiful Far North Tropical Queensland paradise!

Used the Jag 125, Severne 8.6 M1, Venom 40~ then Tribal 38 which seemed to perform a little better for the second half.
