Late (4pm session) was bloody cold and the motor skills were a bit lacking after 2 bottles of red Sat night. Fumbled around in 20 plus knots for a few minutes before scoring areasonable run down to the weedbeds in the SE corner. When I arrived the wind left and spent the next hour dogging back and forth hoping that the big black clouds on the horizon would bring some wind.

Pat,

bloody frezing yesterday. Steve and I sailed across the channel to Avalon and had a great run. All good .. gybed and then headed back only to have the wind die. Freezing cold, outgoing tide and not being able to feel my fingers sucked. Eventually got a gust to get me back across the shipping channel. Wind came up slightly and we came in to change boards when .... my helmet rolled out of the back of the car and knocked the coffee cups over .. THERE IS NO GOD!!!...
