Lots of fun on my new light wind board, with Evets, Bender & Elmo, (they weren't on my new board).

used the 7.0 gtx and 34 weedreaper fin. Not totally happy with sail or fin. Fin needs a bit more power, so I'll have a go at thickening it up.

Sail doesn't turn on early enough for the wind range I want it for, so I'll try moving the tube part of the bottom battens further back.

I was keeping up with the guys in the gusts down wind but in the lulls or going upwind, I was getting left behind.

Quick afterwork session, last to hit the waterFrown, looking at the kit which was being sailed thougt I might be a bit undercooked, ended being quite nice, could've done with a bit more sail but the next size up was a 10.9 which would be a bit of an optimistic view of my skills.

Had some great runs with Ben, Steve and Mike, played around with settings most of the night as I think this is the first time with a weedy on this board. The board was running sweetly got it riding of the fin, the wind wasn't all that strong as when bearing away you could only go about 10-15 of the wind before the sail became asthmatic

Very much a fun session sailing with matesCoolCoolCoolCoolCool we are spoiltCoolCoolCool

Good times good timesCoolCoolCool

How's the wind strength (or lack thereof)

I had an absolute ball out there this afternoon

at first not much wind so SX L 7.8RSS 40 choco weedy

did an hour and 20 mins but was uncomfortable towards the end so chenged to

7.8RSS Iso 105 36 JP weedy.

Love both combos in the right conditions and we had them today (19.245 hour on the SX) best of the day on the iso

Drag racing with great friends in good conditions: heaven on earth.

Came off the water at dusk would have loved to sail longer but if something broke you suddenly go a lot slower!

I am pleased with my numbers Decrep, but far more importantly I had a ball out there. I should have left the iso ready on the beach then would have easily managed the 100 kms.

Sorry you are ill captain, get well soon.

I expect Bender's numbers will blow ours out of the water. He was flying out thereCool
