5161 days ago Safety Bay, RRD 90, 28 LE Weedy, 6.2 / 5.6 Reflex. Long frustrating day, feeling a bit tired now. There was plenty of wind but I could never really feel wound up. Started with the 6.2, best speeds were on this ( just), had to try something different so changed down to the 5.6. No better but more manageable. Tried the 23 C3 slingshot at the end but it didn't like the chop. Norts was getting some good speeds but there was one other guy out there spanking all of us.

Wholly mackeral I was scared - but obviously not as scared as some who did not even get wet
Nelson tweaked my sail & I had another go with pretty much the same result
Nice day watching some spills & talking tactics - hopefully we can do it all again next weekend

Good to watch some good crashes & good sailing by others.
