I'm sore! Ended up a bit stronger than forecast and I didn't have enough downhaul on. Now I know how much I need  A rerig at Melville made a huge difference to get home. It's a huge work out for the legs.

Started racing the yachts upwind, nice to be quicker VMG for a change. Had a few drags with scarrgo in nice flat water at Melville. Then some deep runs home. Best time was last run into Peli.

Ricey was having fun with his big kit and fiddling with fins. Troutty was full throttle on the 8.8.

a lovely sail on a nice warm day with a light seabreeze

as i said absolutely lovely

sailed around with peter M again and between us we swapped and changed gear so in the end i had been on 4 different boards and 2 different sails for the day

some interesting combo's and good fun allround

here we go i'll try and list them

boards- 67 wide centurion, 111 fanatic falcon, 75 wide fanatic, 76 isonic (yes i got planing....briefly)

sails- 7.7 code red, 6.2 reflex

fins- no idea

saw macka out too on the formula kit wondered where he came from when he came over and said hi

Lots of fun today. Can't beat long runs off the wind between rolling waves. Had an awesome time sailing the ocean again.
