Gabe (15447km):  1 categories  Sailing Club, Wallis Lake, NSW, AU Definitely got skunked today.Wind looked a carbon copy of yesterday.This time I rigged too small for the dying wind. Falcon SL104 34BP weedy 6.5 GTX. Bogged out to the bank and managed a couple of sketchy gusts before deciding it wasn't happening.Had a real good time(NOT!) getting back in. About 2km in 0-3knots of wind. Twice totally becalmed on the way back.Wondered if it was worth swimming it back.Hung in there until I just putted back in.Not much fun.Pete and Rob, wisely stayed on shore.Oh well, a couple bad sessions once in a while sharpens up the desire for a better day. Far-Mid-North Coast (276km):  Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU. First time sailing the westerly at Paradise beach. Good spot, but lots of weed. Unfortunately don't have a weed fin for the board I was using. Even so, the el-cheapo $150 board just got me a PB by 0.02 knot. With progress like that I'll get to 30+ in a few years. Ha

! Took my new Gps Tshirt for its virgin run. Went pretty well. 6.6 Koncept 18 muf 53 Patrik speed and 2 size ten feet which got me home. More walkin than sailin.Johnny, Pugs, Pete and later Tibor, Bruce and Mark when I left. Miller was looking sweet on his new Ka when I left, could have some nice numbers. Go Marauders!!!
