PJ (24612km): ![]() Set out to do distance with Jamie today and we both cracked a lazy 200 kms each. Clouds blew away by midday then sunny the rest. On the water by around 11am. x2 sessions with wind at my limit with 7m when we came in for a break. JP54 could have used the bigger fin but as boom dropped it was easier to sail upwind which also corresponded with peak wind for day 24 knots towards end of 200 km. 1st session S 12 to 20 knots Monster 100-Loft Blade 7m-Choco weed 32cm. 2nd session SSE 18 to 24 knots JP Speed54-Loft Blade 5.6m-MxR UFO 40 22cm. Bombed a ton of gybes finding creative ways to hit water. You name it I tried it!! My very last run back in was peak speed for day. Go figure:-\

| Jimbob (26496km): Keeping PJ compamy doing a distance warm up day. lake george from Cockys, SE sebreeze built up to a very solid 25. F2 stoke all day with 30 jp suoercross fin and all my Koncepts. cloud cleared at 11 as usual and in came the breeze, went out on 6.6 but only done 20k's and didn't have enough downhaul so just rigged the 5.8 and back out was sweet then felt weird for a while on starboard was over back of big lake when noticed my harness line was actually broken and the plastic tubing was stretching about 3 inches, bloody hell the think made it all the way back so had a break with PJ and then Dom from melb showed up rigged the 5.0 and done the last 100 just perfectly setup, finished at 6.30 and was still cranking but my back hasn't been good so didn't push for more. man the old stoke is an easy board to ride not the fastest but so good to gybe on, had some good scores as well. maybe if we need then for the summer cup I will put them up but i'm not fussed.
