CA70 and 7.8m. 10-15 knots. Lots of Yachts, lots of chop. 7 windsurfers out form Coal Point.

Really nice day for a sail but not enough wind to entertain any thoughts of speed runs off the wind.

Always nice when the forecast underpromises and overdelivers.  By the time I got out it was too late for formula racing so headed to Coal Point for a really nice 40 mins on the water.  Wind a bit gusty, but always good to be sailing on the smaller gear.  Not really enough to be powered up so speed was pretty ordinary but had plenty of fun.

Nice afternoons sailing with a good half dozen guys plus 5 beginners. Great to see all those new faces.

A bit breezy at times for the 11 but some nice racing with Ben Ian and Lyndon.

Formula HWR. MS TR5 10m.Picked a course around some covenient placed bouys and had a few practice races,with Geoff Ben and Lyndon.

10-15+ EN/E.very gusty and shifting wind that settled later afternoon.Would of been ok for slalom sail as well.

Gusty 10 - 17kt  ENE Coal Point, NSW, AU- 6.6m severne + 115Xcross + 34 caveman pointer.

 I should have rigged the 7.5m early but others out and said a 6.6m would be better.I was underpowered at first but it came in later at times. Never fully lit but it was chopped up with yacht racing so probably easier with the smaller sail. I'me buggered as it is..Lost my sailing fitness already!Finally got the easy uphaul to work! Lengthened it a bit.Certainly helped when the 6.6m luff tube filled with water.Only used it in close in the flatter water so not sure if I can balanc and use it in the chop .

I went below a yacht and fell in as I couldn't unhook before the lull hit..grr..The best bits were heading towards Toronto with a nice powered up reach across and back. My gybes were pretty average and I was tired and sailing like a sack of spuds by the end. After a 10 min rest I went back out and did 2 nice gybes so I quit on a good note.. I need to concentrate on the gybes more .I've been a bit lazy and it's showing.

 Lajos , Alwyn, Gert , Andrew, Scott, James and a few others.Nice to be back sailing again. Will try and get out 2 x a week from now on when G goes back to work!
