The first run everthing felt pretty bad so when I eventually got back to the beach changed up a fin size and then the combo felt fine. The wind didn't kick in as forecast so I was underdone a lot of the time.

What an incredible weekend of sailing.
It looked a little windier than yesterday and I was keen to sail smaller sails today, so I went out at first on the 5.8 wave sail. This was quite comfortable but I found it a bit underwhelming, esp in the turns where there wasn't enough grunt coming out. Changed up to the 6.5 and this was much better. Both days the rig has been beautifully balanced and I've had some of the easiest most satisfying sailing for a fair while.
Was thinking of calling it quits, but the GPS showed I only needed another 15km to get the 100 so I stayed out until sunset.
It was good to see Haggy enjoying his new FSW boards; he had that 101 scorching upwind.
Ezzy Wave Panther 5.8, Ezzy Cheetah 6.5, Exo Cross 104, BP Type R 32.5 and 35cm.
