Some good "old skool" speedsailing(in preparation of MDV), only did 2 slingshots.

But it's pretty clear to me that  I lack a good number of sessions on a speedboard to be back in the running. Then I noticed a big tear in my sail, going for the 4,6 would be to small and the 5,6 would be no match for me given my poor fysics, so finito for today.

I know what to do, work that body!

So pretty short session, but the nice sunny weather was great.

eerst gedacht dat het te hard ging waaien du maar naar huis gerede maandag eens uitgeslape en dn toch eens gehoord bleek het toch goed zijn na de gps van tom gezien te hebben ben ik dan toch maar vertrokken stond rond 6 uur op het water en bleek toch goed te zijn 

leuke avond sessie denk dat ik ook het spot record heb van de belgen op herkinge :p
