Swan Bay,

What a way to get back into it, Left home and it was absolutely blowing its ring off. Only through the 5.1 in, got down and it was maybe 25........... shit.

Grovelled around struggling for runs underpowered and then a good rain squall came through and it was 15 minutes of smashing runs, stoked with the alpha but I thought my NM was going to be heaps better, turns out i was about 250m short.

Managed to get away from work a little early to take advantage of the conditions. Found Red on dad duty in the car park watching the weather. Sat with the Denning lads for 20 mins or so whilst a massive front past, was feeling a little scared at this point. Was gusting to 48 knots at south channel.

Rigged up as the front past and hit the water. It was near perfect. Saw 40.48 knts on my second run and thought it might not register so spent the next hour trying to do better, couldnt quite get there. Then had to go and pick up the kids from school. wind really dropped out by then anyway.

Happy with the Pb NM. Had fun out there.

Hope to see more crew out over the next week or so, forecast looks promising.

Having real difficulties with Ka72, doesnt want to down load all the data for the session like it used to. Thanks Red for checking my file.
