2674 days ago Little after work sesh to back up the team. Not sure how 62km happened! I pretty much went for the hour and only stopped when the bandages fell of my feet. It was a pretty nice blast with some of the usual suspects today. the wind was pretty shifty and all the boats messed things up a little bit too, but still not too bad.

Had a crack at an hour in the lumpy stuff. Breeze felt a tad warm early on so not fully powered.
Was about to call it a day when Ken arrived so i went and joined him.

Enjoyable session with the slightly less gusty condiitons then the recent norm. Set out for an hour session but a few too many holes to really give it a good crack. Dissapointed to go 10km past my distance PB as now i'm going to have to really try much harder to get another distance PB.

Cruise around safety bay and shoal water with Lunny. choppy everywhere, even over the sand banks due to the high tide. 20-24 knots but didnt feel very powered up going downwind.

I had my heart set on Coodanup today and prepared early but the wind had other ideas, so it was off to Melville for more gybe practice. I did better than Monday (not overpowered today) and got thrown around less but still managed to find new ways to mess up a gybe. I completed most of them and I did get one fully planing one, and managed a couple out in the deep, so maybe some progress was made. The faster I enter the gybe the less chance I have of completing it, which is annoying.
Tacking the Sonic was improving today. It is quite different to the Mistral to tack.
It was good to be with Tim when he scored his distance PB. I egged him on to go for more just to make sure. He was no where near fatigued, so he has plenty more in him but I am not sure the desire is there...
