The Train, Southport, QLD, AU

FF99, OD7.8, T36

For a while me and Phil could enjoy unrestricted now access to The Train. Looks like Common Gamers packing their gear and very soon even grass, not only water will be free to use again.
Next byproduct of the Games is complete lack of houseboats and any other yachts mooring at 1 km radius at least.

Kulim Park, Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. During the atest storm and got owned! Never had such a beating... 30 plus knots and started less whilst on the 7.8m Severne Reflex, Isonic 121l. Started on a new 40cm fin, but found it too small so went up to the 43cm. Then the wind filled in and boy did it fill in. Everyone came out on 4.0m's... of course the Curtis and myself on 7.8m, well let say we werent sailing anymore.

Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ iso 107 DDW 38 P7 7.8

Started out just powered up and super messy chop, some nice runs with Tim and then ....

WHAT A HIDING! Yell

35+ knots unreal chop , long swim back with intermittent waterstart missadventures, lucky to get back in one piece. The bump nd jump crew turned up with 4/3.5s and were overpowered.
