Fangyland with Ben, Boz, Crimson Splash from the Peskys and Teletubby 1 and Basil from the Mob.  I was determined to ignore my man flu, but I just couldn't get my mojo today. Post more after feeding time at the zoo.

I had been following the SB forums on downhaul and twist. I usually don't have as much as what seems to be recommended, so I decided that I needed to try more downhaul.  I cranked it on and ended up with a very floppy leach. I sailed most of the session with lots of downhaul, and despite trying modifying every other setting, the sail felt totally gutless. I changed fins to give more lift and that improved things a little, but for the most part, it seemed I couldn’t get out of third gear. It was a frustrating afternoon, but on the bright side, I now know what it feels like to over- downhaul.

On the water, just for something completely different,  Boz decided to Bozinate his own sail by adding an exhaust vent. Sludge and Dan seemed to have it dialled in nicely and were both hammering along. However, the highlight was watching Teletubby 1 trying to extricate himself from his wettie. Apparently, it was Teletubby 2’s old Restraint Jacket from when he was being treated for delusions of being a massive muppet. Now that T2 is cured and completely sane, sort of,  he noticed it would work well for T1 as a wettie. I think it did work well as a wettie, but it was far funnier as Restraint Jacket.

T1 spasmed around for what seemed an age, before dislocating both shoulders to extricate himself. It was fun to watch and Top Ten Fangy Day right there.Laughing

Had a great arvos sail, with Ross Bazza and a few pinnas.

Cool

Fun in the sun with the fanged one and T1 plus a pestilance of Pinnas .

I am getting very concerned about the mental state of the fanged one . He spent alot of time stumbling between the eastuary and the cut price Connestoga wagon in which I assume he lives.First he forgot his helmet and then his head.  He appeared to get it together for a short while but was soon seen stumbling on his well worn path again. This time mumbling incoherently about a stripper , or was it something stripped?

Things did not improve for him as he mistook T1s rather balletic dance moves as an attempt to get out of his restraint jacket.

Cheers  All
