Melville Beach, WA, AU

Arvo sail after work, some nice gusts started with very few out so made the runs accross the sand bank a little easier today. Works got in the way of sailing so far this year, good luck to all the guys at Cerventes looking forward to reading your reports.

Coodanup, Windtech 64, SV M2 6.2, FF24

Followed Fangy up to Boundary Island and definitely a lot smoother there than close to the Coodanup foreshore. Still a bit rough however, would have been better on a smaller board but by the time you go to the effort of sailing all the way up there it is hard to switch equipment.

Hit a stingray at speed and in the resultant catapult got completely ejected from my harness, which stayed hooked in. Need a better quick release system than that.

My first session was great with full power on my 6.2 NX and the 57 Windtech with a Martin Love 32 Atomic Pointer. Went out for the second session and 10 minutes in I had a huge catapult snapping my new carbon boom in three places. I managed to come out injury free but it was a long swim back to the beach. Looking forward to the racing tomorrow, hopefully the wind is howling.

Windtech 64 + 6.6 TR7 + 34 Talon.

Solid sesh for the GPS comp in Cervantes.

Pretty lit for the hour, thought it might have been quicker, but it was pretty choppy and I wasn't going as quick as it felt.

Good fun!

Nice haul of PB's. Impressive ocean sailing Ant and Kai.

We're lucky to sail with people like Craig and Mark, always looking out for those around them.
