800ks of driving for a day trip seems a bit nuts but with good company and good conditions its well worth it.

I used the 112 for a few runs but ended up using the 91.

Mark had a cracker of a day which was nice to see.

Good to see Morts who smiled and shook his head when he saw usLaughing

Yeeeehaaa! Got what I came for and had a great time with Lunny and then real quick catchup with Morts who hit the water 30mins before derigging. Did some Alphas then went to the top of the naughty run with Lunny and chased hard for the hour. Different strategy than Lunny all gear based. I used the Manta 61 Vapor 6.4 CL Delta 16.5 and was able to get closer into the top end due to the low water. That gave me sightly less turns and longer in the flat. Lunny had a Wp check his post and stayed out further. That was the difference just being in the flat longer. tide too low for naughty run. Top day.

Good Karma, you were owed that hour pb, You having given up your last Albany PB hour attempt that you were 40 to 50 minutes into, in order to rescue a seriously injured windsurferCoolCool, not many nicer and more generous blokes than you LunsterCoolCool

Sensational, guys! Congratulations and well deserved.

Dual hour PBs, A PB alpha for Woody and a second best alpha for Lunny and a top 5 nautical mile despite "not enough water".

Top session all round! Big reward for effort

Unfinished business? Mischief managed.

Fantastic matching hour PB's Lunny & Woody, congrats fellas! Cool Cool

Alphas are both pretty swift as well & another PB for Woody, noice! Cool

Reckon the tide was 5-10cm below optimum for the hour as well so you have both sailed fantastically well Laughing

Interesting Tracks. Nm had a gybe in it and was still fast. Looks like you could have squeezed a straight one in

Yes, I had the GPS off by accident for my last 15 mins and it didn’t record my last naughty with the 7.1 which I rigged to give it a final go. Nevermind happy with the session.
