Great to be in the forbidden pond again, with Stroppo, Lunny, Boz, Pacey, the crimson flash, and briefly Rayman. I guess Woody had already left by the time I arrived a bit after 1pm.

Went with the 48, 52 and 20cm@40/60. Wind initially wasn't quite the optimum angle, there was a bit of chop down the run, and it was shorter than I've sailed before. It only took a few degrees, you can see how much by where the take off slowly moved further west as the angle improved. This gave longer flatter runs, but unfortunately the wind also dropped. By 4pm I was getting cold, and fearing a walk back in the dark, I made the sacrifice and headed back. Sacrifice worked, because 90% of the way back, the wind returned. Didn't help me much, it was virtually straight down wind through the channel, but Strop had a flying entry into it and sailed all the way into the estuary.

So Waricle here's my entry, tack up wind to the channel, and tow the board along the edge.

Glory Holes, Australind, WA, AU. FF89/SCR6.3/TWS29. High tide and choppy conditions again, but waayy more enjoyable sail than Monday 

Sailed with Vic (Lombok) who is a MACHINE! Vic rigged up at Leschenault Nth, then proceeded to sail upwind 8km in the SWly to the rock groyne, where I caught up with him

Awesome daythe lumps out in the middle of the Inlet reminded me of the whoops back in my motocross racing days.

Good to catch up with Rob again and cheers mate for keeping an eye out for me after the sun set. I had absolutely nothing left in the tank.
