I checked your tracks Jay and you hit the water at 11.00 when the tide was 1.2. The bank came out again at 3.30pm when the tide was 1.7. I recon its sailable from 1.2 to 1.8. That gives you about 90 min on both the rising and falling tide. I'll factor that into my timing next time.
