Great effort today lads. Unfortunately, my simple motion logger failed me again with no data logged on the device. The device was on, the data logged the 2.5hrs on the water, however the 5 disciplines all recorded zeros.

Really hopeful that our order is underway and I can sail with a decent bit of hardware that I can have confidence with.

Hi Dezza, thanks for the tip. I have checked the device again to confirm i haven't overlooked anything. It is still the same, i have a log from when i started wich was correct time and the time on the water until iturned it off which is roughly correct. It's like it was on , but not connected to satelites and logging data. I did noticed the firmware version was outdated so i have now just updated the firmware to the latestest version. I also noticed the memory is at 0%. I have deleted all the old tracks that i no longer require, however this has made no change to the memory status of the device, it is still 0%. Not sure whats going there, and i could find any details on the motion website that details the mini motion specs. If you have any feedback on any of that hogwash i'd appreciate it.

Anyways, it has worked today, and with the new firmware update i hope i dont encounter any more gremlins.
