Started early in the afternoon with an 8.7m and S4 but was quickly over powered.  I changed down to a 7.0m Titan GS which was great.  I stayed with the S4 which at 122L bounced around a few times when going fast, easy gybing though.  I definitely like a smaller volume board with a smaller fin at high speed, it feels safer.

FMX 138/118 - Loftsails 8.4/7.7/6.9 - 44/38/36 fins

Day 2 - NSW Slalom States

Repeat of Day 1 with 1/2h GPS in light breeze followed by 4 slalom races in building NE.

This time only a handful brave souls used foils for the slalom as the wind reached 20+. 

Muscled the 138/8.4 for the first 2 races and swapped to the more manageable 118/7.7 for the last 2.

Perfect figure 8 slalom with an interesting twist on the finish line ;)
