I started at 7.50am in 10ks the 81Manta 7.4 evo and delta 22. raced the old dears walking their dogs. I lost. At times got planing then not. It picked up at 9.30ish and did 100km by noon. distance wasnt going to happen today. Tried the Manta66 as it picked up a litte. Great to see Kai and Ant together and sailing today with new Simmers. the wind dropped at around 2.30 so I derigged the 7.4 which brought the wind in some. Tried the 6.6 evo till the wind dropped again so I called it off. Doing so brought the wind up considerably so I got 15 odd minutes of wind then left it to Ant and Kai before driving back to Perth. Looking forward to their posts as it was hitting 25kts when i left. high water all day so choppy for Lilacs. Good to see the locals and Rondog.

Stoked to get on the water with Kai whos just in for a 5 day visit.Water was as high as it gets making plenty of chop but nothing a bigger fin couldn,t fix,,,first time on the new simmer sails and huge difference in all areas ,,lkn fwd to tuning these sails in :) Great catching up with the boyz,,Woody,Ron and Cliff...Next time Woody for the distance;) And will most def get a massage gun,pretty amazing tool :)) heaps of power on the 5.8 SCR,86 isonic,53 Patrick,29 TEC,ws,25 ws..

Great sailing today at Lilacs on the 53 Patrik board with 27 weedy and 6.3 Simmer SCR. Choppy conditions but plenty of wind towards the end of the day.
