Albany, WA, AU CA44 Koncept 5.0 17 SD plenty of wind early on dropping off slightly in the later afternoon. I rigged for the strong breeze and found myself undercooked. Hoped for a 5X but got a NM pb instead can’t complain about that. Just couldn’t find top gear today for a decent two sec. It was great to see the fast guys and gal sending it today and there’s a LOT of really top class pbs achieved today too. See what we can do tomorrow 😁

what can i say.....lots of pbs

what a day with with mates. more later now bbq and beers with all sailers

Still cant believe we had such a epic day yesterday.

My nm and 2s was the last nm run with slowie. Half way had this massive spin out😨 got it back and didnt think it was that good. Couldnt believe the 2s. 

Mikes 48 was performing 👍💪 and 6.2scr handled it well.

Thanks to all the comments and guys who where out there smashing it

Decided against using the smaller CA44 as I thought it may have been leaking through the vent but now I'm not sure Undecided

 

Had a fun few days sailing & congratulations to Peter & Ron from the MM on their PB's on Saturday! Cool

Ronnie, here's that NM run.

You were still doing 37 during that spin out!!!!

If not for that, and if you could have made the run a bit longer, that would be a 40 NM for sure. You started and finished at 35,

Looks very hard, In the past we've started behind the sand point, but that's not always possible, depending on tide and weed.

Just maybe you could have walked up a bit further?

It certainly didn't take you long to get that little board up to speed.
