Brightwaters jetty,NSW, AU Duotone 6.8 falcon 115 v max 35 Back on the fin in chop. Blowing unreal when I went out worked up wind to get out of bay and wind backed off big time and then the rain came in brutal.

Coal Point, NSW, AU.

Southerly 10-25

Stingray 140, Flow 1500 and Naish 5.8

Looked a bit patchy in the morning, then the sun came out quite nicely. Decided though to wait until the heavy rain and gusty wind came back.

It's alway more fun foiling in driving rain. Just me and some crazy woman on a windsurfer going very fast!

5-12kts interspersed with 20-24kts SW-SSE Coal Point, NSW, AU

 5m Gator - WT57 ( 90ltre) - 24cm Stealth WT Weedy

Stuffed around for ages wondering what to rig. I needed wavegear for the chop but I'd sink in the lulls. It dropped a bit so I went the 90ltre and slogged across to the sand islands. I wasn't game to gybe in the deep as I wouldn't have been able to start again.

Back in and I was going to put the 5.7m on the big board but it kicked in again with a rainband.

Fun but rough and scary. I had fun doing some bearaways although you can't tell by the tracks. My gybes are crap but the waterstarts are getting plenty of practise.Laughing

It died again and I fell in with no wind and had to swim the last bit in. We packed up thinking it was over but I should have waited as it came in again after.

I got all excited because the Motion LCD showed 30.06kts top and 27.5kts - I don't know what happened to that..Undecided

 Andrew and I.

Mungo Brush, NSW, AU - Not disappointed it wasn’t fast. It felt fast.
I was sure I got the kit into 2nd gear this time as it was very comfortable for a bit. 3rd go on the little board and in the straps again so that’s ok.
24.9kts on it last time was red-lining in 1st I guess.

Out in the middle might have been ok but I wasn’t confident for it today. A wind shadow off Mungo Point had me worried for a minute that I wouldn’t get back up onto the little board.
Looking forward to sorting kit and building confidence to go more up there. So beautiful.

First go on the new-to-me wave sail. It worked, stoked.

Sue, your weather report sounds just as it was here too.
