I only had 4 hrs sleep last night and was yawning my head off so I knew I wouldn't last long.
Went the big FF to help me get going rather than for speed. Not a bad combo for fun in those conditions.
Practising gybes. I think I'm flipping too early? Anyway hopefully i'll be back to my old form by the end of summer..

Didnt get on water till after 5 sailed till sun was setting just before 7.
Wind was a bit lighter but just unreal sail I did two runs across lake must be 5km run way over 2 nautical miles gets too sore on that long a run.
