tries a few alphas to warm up then into the hr without any lost of ground, was very very happy with 27 just going across the wind in a very small section then gun it down wind as the wind slowed for 27.3.

Hard day at the office! Very gusty. Used P7 6.2 and 95l Patrik board.

Great sail by Pete, especially the 27.5 hour in those conditions!

No pictures, just think this. Lake is as high as it can go. 1. 5 mile near toilet and marker is flooded Can�t even drive there 2. 3 mile is hard to drive too 3. Driving around to cockys is impossible to get to the crossing as water is only 10 m from trees 4. First lake has water all through it 5. Spit is half the size and is knee deep 20 m from the track into spit. The lake is massive, you can sail right across the salt pan that you use to drive across to cockys. Cockys duck hive which was somewhat nearly -1 m high is 10cm above water . In nutshell, lake is nothing like oriole know it. At 25 knots the are standing waves in the the middle, There are smooth sections, but is we were talking lg smooth then we would not be talking at all. Sam and Carl and the chop kings of this world could do 40 but I not going to. 38 was my limit of sanity over the chop we had , maybe 6 inches to a foot . 👍👍. I still really enjoyed the sail but people need to realize there is no weed at all so it�s like a normal lake. If you go to far into edges it�s a 500 m walk to recovery
