Coal Point, NSW, AU 4.7 Ezzy 1250 Flow. Anotyher strong NEer enjoyed by every type of sail craft including every yacht on the lake (very choppy). I went down behind Coalie to enjoy the flat water. Bit gusty but sooo much fun

15-20kts E big messy boat wake yacht racing Coal Point, NSW, AU

 6.5m turbo - WT57 ( 90ltre) - 28cms WT weedy then

 5.7m gator -Wt57 - 28cm

I felt my age today...Undecided First 30 mins I went above the point and had a run towards Carey. About 20 big yachts were milling around getting ready to race and it was 1m mega chopped up and hardwork. Bit better further past them.

A good run back past the point then in to change to the 5.7m. The sail was very powered but wasn't really overpowering but the board was too fast in the messy chop and exhausting.

Another run to Carey dodging yachts and chop. too full on to relax and enjoy but it felt good after.

I was too tired to gybe properly. I'd go in and ok change your feet , change your feet ,, too late..Undecided zzz

Andrew and Tony on windfoils, Me , Lajos, Fergus and someone higher up on fins. Byron was rigging as I left. Plenty of wings.

I was hoping for 26kts.. almost.. just too rough today.

Thats' the best LM nm I've had for a while. My Pb is 22.8kts. Smile

Horrible! Too windy to foil for someone with my lack of skill and 5.0 sail but too patchy to have a decent go without a foil on that sail. Wasn't worth rigging another sail as it was just so patchy. I have spent less time dogging in a westerly. All we seem to get now are gusty Easterlies and NE'ers. Jelly blubbers are back in force and they have brought a friend with them....a 3 metre white pointer that bent  Bazzie's F4 fuselage when he collided with it at high speed. The shark stayed in the area looking for Bazzie but he was ashore. It wasn't happy. Neither are we...jelly blubbers are bad enough but sharks just should not be allowed in the lake. Maybe we should contact Albo....he is well known for fixing things.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU. Futura, 6.0 retro and a new (old) 42.5 cm fin. Fin felt really good and fast. Must have been gusting over 30 today at times it was strong! Was having an awesome afternoon until I came face to face with Bruce. First time I’ve seen one up close holy smoke what a scary piece of gear they are. I’d guess 1.5 times my board length it was massive. It was as round as a big old gum tree trunk as well. Don’t like em much. I’m sure they’re fine and not interested in me and all that. Still don’t like em.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU

JP 155 Foil Flow 1500 North 4.6

What a day. Tried to last the hour but too gusty.

Good sail in the middle of the bay but bullets at either end. Made for hectic sailing.

First sail with the old North 4.6 but impressed. It was good except for the bullets.

Everybody had an early mark today, especially once it was evident there was a man in grey suit parolling.

Very gusty Easterly 10-20 knots. Had a quick sail on the isonic 117 and 5.7 Overdrive. Bryce indicated that we should go back to shore asap after he spotted something large swimming around. Wasn't very nice conditions anyway.
