Fun! Pretty consistent wind for once.
Too choppy and couldn't score a really powered gust for decent speeds but fun trying. Didn't drop a gybe although only one was slowly planing out. I find it hard to find a spot where I can get a powered entry and exit.
Bruce , Mike , Greg , Jason Mick H and Maree turned up there as I ran out of puff and went in.

I thought i was going to work, as i do most weekends, but checked the roster last minute and saw that i wasn't.
Before when i thought i was going to work, i was thinking about the day i would not get to sail.
Then it all changed when i realised i'd be sailing it.
Out there the watch told me 33.34 peak speed. I think that might have been when I came flying out past a whale watching boat which had stopped my kit dead in its tracks from wind shadow.
To be sure though, in case it was true, and I believed it might have been since Jimmy’s was so next level good today, I put in the extra for a distance PB just in case this freaky good day could be a full house.
Anyway, that’s five days good sailing, pretty sure I’m going to work tomorrow.
65 degrees nor easter, that’s the magic angle.
