BOGANSLICE (1377km):  6 categories       Snapper point Aldinga reef 15-20 knots Great day on the water opted to use my newish Patrik 90, board still scares the hell out of me but slowly getting used to it. Board just has no chill just go-go ! Very rough at the start but as the tide dropped got a couple of good runs. Then opted to go out on my bigger sonic, with a fin I reboxed ( never again) One run then snap !! Tough getting back to shore but in no danger. Patrick 90, loft RB 6.3, 26 custom weedspeed. | ||||||||||||||||||
Nobody here except us chickens (13016km):  6 categories el Bog. 5kt then 30kt, then 5kt etc WNW. On the battleship and 5.5 KARace. Got a 28.9kt, which I was very happy with considering it was excellent starboard tack jumping conditions, and I've never got this board above 30 even with the best conditions. Got the 30.9 on the Hucker 4.2, 85 FSW, 27 Casper. Did some tweaking to gear to go faster, but wind died. Very challenging conditions today, but good fun. | ||||||||||||||||||
