Was an up n down day to day, could have rigged 5.8 - 7.4 but picked the middle size 6.6 loft RB, was OK most of the time on the Isonic87, lessacher 28 weedie. Did a high 31 first run then could not get over 30 for the next hour or so. Hoppy went in to re rig bigger, when he came back out a rain squall hit & I snagged the 32Surprised that gave hoppy a bit of a beating. Then it settled & was good sailing but my hands were getting cold (in November)Undecided then it dropped some more so headded in so I wasnt left stranded. Cold & a few rain squalls  not your tipical November sail, but was good to get some vitimin sea.

Stansbury, SA, AU Got there about 12.30 at .3 low tide to find Tricky pondering which setup to use. The forecast was for 18-20 South, lessening as the afternoon progressed. What to do?. I took a chance on the small board and a 6m GPS orange and black with a choco27 weedy. The tide was way out so dragged the gear to the water and stepped on for an underwhelming 15 minutes of " I feel stupid". Tricky looked to be travelling ok and was settling in for the hour. I dragged the gear back to shore and proceeded to rig the 7.3 GPS pink, FF102, 28 lessacher weedy combo. Just as i headed out the wind picked up to 20-25 for about 5 minutes. Even superhoppy the" lightweight marvel from the south" could not get going in that strength of wind. A lesser man would have been totally defeated by this time but climbed aboard and wrestled with the gear for a while and settled in for a pretty good hour attempt. Probably 45mins in the wind died down and the joy left me again. So i headed out over the spit to the white patch and set off for the NM attempt. It was not fast but the mood of the sea was interesting, kind of glassed over lumpy. By this stage the wind was pushing the brown foam into the bay a bit and i thought perhaps a frisby shaped flying saucer might rise from below.

Anyway i headed back in and Tricky was helping me pack up, thanks mate i was knackeredSmile

Boggy lake 15 to 20 then 13 to 18.

After work arvo solo sesh.

Arrived to a decent breeze so rigged mid sized kit.

Seemed to pull my back as I moved my gear to the waters edge.

Headed out anyway and a few runs in felt better.

Started a one hour with a decent breeze and finished it up the top as the wind dropped a little.  Attempted a few runs and then decided to do a mile back to shore.

Nice quick arvo sesh.

Patrik 100 / 6.6 loft racing blade / Tribal weed speed 29.

Nice going guys, thanks for the Laugh hoppy, I'm still wiping the tears from my eyes ... 🤣 I'll post tomorrow when I get home, Strange day here at LG, full southerly, couldn't work out what to rig. Went big board smaller sail...underwhelming to say the least... quite choppy for LG, but very positive signs of weed growing in the depths of the thigh deep mud 😁
