Best session this year!

13-17 when I rocked up, Bob and Slugga working of muscle memory, bolted from the water when I turned up.

Faded badly whilst rigging, each run had a sizable amount of chugging included, gusts were only a couple of board lengths long so a bit of fun getting going.

Still it was nice to get out for the 3rd day in a row.

floaty fangy session to open the year.

Forecast looked good so didn't bring the big stuff, probably wouldn't have rigged it anyway as I measured 15 to 18kts, and forecast to build.

So went with the 50cm board 6.2Koncept, 19cm@55 weedy.

Was enetertaing watching the house boat beached near the giant. get towed out by the Mandurah recure boat.

Did anybody run over the tow rope? I'm sure I saw Maree on the other side of it at one stage.

KAR 7m, JP102L + FF22

Bit of gliding through the smooth with Flex & Dean plus a few Grommets.

Posted with the GW52 as I let the visiting dad have a few runs on my setup, so the boom units have about 2 more kms. Interestingly the boom units recorded Alphas of 22.73 & 22.77 respectively early in the session. First time I've noticed any significant difference between the 3.
