Enjoyed the downwinders but across or up wind it was spin city and shitsville, I was happy my wingman was having same dramas as I could hear him a mile away swearing also
Today I used my new two decade old freeride board, felt good so that'll do for now.
95L Gladiator, 18 #*># Delta, 6.6 Koncept and boardie of course.

3 hours ago 1 categories Only two runs tonight, first tried a different fin (it sucked)
Changed fin, Second run I sucked.
Fuzzy headed, couldn't get into it.

waricle (21845km):
3 hours ago Coodanup, WA, AU CA 63 LSB 5.8 ANW20 Sunny and started with a nice tide that gradually increased. Breeze started out light/moderate then became fresh as the tide went up and water became a little more choppy. I tried for an hour but the way I gybe was a bit of an unrealistic expectation. Too many wet gybes ... nice lot of sailors out there too. Trying for an hour meant that I didn't catch up on all the news from my fellow sailors out there today. Happy days.

Decrepit (56403km):
3 hours ago Another fun day at Fangys, wind a bit light to start with and tide coming in fast with storm surge.
Rigged the 5.7 speed, 55cm board and 23cm@40/60deg.
Wanted to try alphas, not really enough wind for any other division.
Did try a NM just to make sure, but lots of holes on the way down.
The bigger fin handled the chop well, but I graunched it on the way out, there's now a split in the glass at the tip, repait work required.

fangy (23348km):
2 hours ago Fangyland, dreadfully underpowered for the most of it, but the breeze filled in for the last few runs. Tried out a new printed fin, 22 cm depth, 8% foil, large surface area, and substantial flexible trailing edge. The fin behaved pretty well, but prone to forward ventilation, needs more work.
Good fun tour around the paddocks at the end on the AtomicFangyBarge and Avalon 6.3 and Fangy printed thingy.
