Very gusty and high tide. Rigged the 7.8 and knew it was a bit much on first run. Switched boards from Patrik 130 to Mega 73 after that run and was a lot more comfortable. Gust still full on but not long enough to push speeds too high. Went in change down after an hour and put up the 6.4. It killed the wind. One run going nowhere fast and a walk to get it back to shore from 100m out.

Patrik 130 then Mega 73, Moto 7.8 then 6.4, Tribal WS33cm then WS31cm

Strange conditions, v high tide so quite lumpy so hard to get any decent speed...and at the end it went S/SE asnd dropped...??? Couldn'y gybe to save myself.

My first ever sail here & it was fun. Scared the beegeesus out of me sailing in such shallow water.

I can see why people who love speed, weed & mud love it.
