Looked OK when I got there so rigged 7m 128 and 38MK3 since it was high tide. Hit the water just before 4:30. A couple of short gusts came through while I was sailing upwind- thinking this is going to be fun, but then it backed off. Cruising around in 12-15kts. Wind picked up a little bit before sunset and got all my best runs then. Rain squall came through at sunset - a bit more pressure, but couldn't see where I was going, and I was hitting the nose into chop so called it quits. Packed up in the dark. Still good fun and nice to sneak in a cold front sail before winter proper kicks in (fingers crossed it does this year).
