Sailing on a low tide today as surge huge. Got there to see Ash doing his usual energiser bunny laps and joined Kempster on the water. I little underdone on the 5.8m but flat water and some good squalls. But of a rescue mission at the end due to a broken mast and some sore ribs . Team effort to get the poor old bloke home!

Sailed 9:20-12:50. Good WNW wind 20-30 knt. Acres of flat water at 10:00, got more chop later as tide came up. Sailed with Red, Kempsta, Richo, and Andrew H.

Tried for a quick session on the windsurf foil about 4:30pm. Wind picked up and I got smashed. Decided to pull the pin.
Used the 4.0 Severne Glide, should have used the 3.3 or gone to wave gear on the fin.
