Decrepit (56730km):  6 categories       Short light winer at Fangys. Used my biggest gear 65cm board, 6.6 koncept with 31# 50. Wind was very up and down, becalmed through to really hanging on with the big gear in chop. rain was cold!!!! but sun coming out was nice. Didn't collect any weed.. Most of the weed has been pushed onto the shore. after the huge high tide yesterday.

Elmo (33379km):  6 categories JP SLW, NP RSR Evo X 7.8m, NP RSXMWS. Had a look at 10 it looked ok. Went home to load up, faffed around eventually left about 2 hours later. Got to Novara, still looked ok, faffed around a bit, then rigged up, Chatted with Bob a bit with a bare minimum of faffing around. Went out, a wee bit nippy in the water, launched got flying but picked up some weed, stopped to shed the weed which I did rather effectively, unfortunately also shed the breeze as well, chugged for about 500m got going again then gybed. Chugged a bit more got flying until I didn't, chugged back to base. Whilst derigging breeze went down to almost zip. Good times | ||||||||||||||||||
