 Point Grey, WA, AU. Unexpected magic sail in the sun with Boz, Antman and Richo. Antman was nearly rigged when I arrived but I rigged quickly as the rumour was Richo was coming and we needed to get a sail in before he got here and killed the wind. Boz rolled up to join the party. Nice breeze to cruise around in, then Richo turned up and as expected killed the wind. Came in to do more experiments hoping the wind would come back. It didn't. Foilville. Got there in the PM, and missed the good wind earlier, but there were still a few puffs to enjoy. First sesh on my new Patrik AEON foil set-up, with the 750 front wing on Fuse 1. Went with the 9.0 HG5, cos I thought it was gonna fade. Got on the water and it was quite fresh in the gusts, maybe 17-18K, so the set-up was pretty lively at first. It mellowed after that and got quite patchy. The set-up felt sweet in the gusts, and was quite easy to pump on to the foil, but I never really got lit, so the speeds are modest. Looking forward to dialing in the set-up in more consistent wind. Nice to get out on a sunny Spring-like day

| Richo 72 (8051km): Quick chug a Boombas . Sounds like I missed the best of it and got the dregs. Sorry to kill it lads Still sun was out and managed to get going a few times with a few pumps.
