Late sail at Coodanup, WA, AU felt like loads of wind and l was fighting with the sail and spinning out until l rigged correctly. Not as flat as l thought except for right up the top. A pleasant sail.

After having my mate visit Friday night and incapacitate me over the weekend, today I was feeling slightly better than ordinary.

Checked Novara on way back from shops, there were a lot of people milling around talking about the back crack and sack waxing expeririences whilst the water looked like a mill pond, so I wasn't in to much of a rush to head out.

Back home the wind was still light but sat outside and to my surprise the wind came in, quick load up down to Novara and super quick rig up and on the water.

Surprise surprise theres a reasonable amount of wind, enough to make me wonder if smaller gear would be a bit wiser, unfortunately, I'm pretty f'ken thick so I kept going and the breeze allowed me to keep going out to the platform, looking ahead I could've kept going over to Claudesville but a tiny flicker of common sense (surprisingly common sense isn't all that common) told me not to trust a frontal wind as a 8km paddle back is not fun.

Some nice lumpy goodness to be played with on both tacks.

Anyhoo

I had so much fun I did another run out and back, ahhh good times.

Noticed there was only my car left so one short run and return to the carpark a well satisfied muppet.

Great session, hopefully boding well for the season ahead, can't wait to start doing the full runs again.
