Sailquik (29582km):  6 categories Great fun session in the end. Was too West but managed to get some nice runs anyhow. 5 degress more south and it would have been epic! We were chased out by the rising tide but the wind is still howling and forecast to shift.... you guessed it, 5 degrees more south! Nice to have a sail and chat with Craig and Ado. Too bad Ado broke his boom and bruised his ribs. CA 40, Tribal/Lockwood 18cm assy. 2014 KA Koncept 5.4m Wind must have been gusting 35, maybe a bit more! | ||||||||||||||||||
First speed sail with the 2015 Koncept and I still can't stop smiling. Ran the 5.8 in 25-35 kts of wind but very west so good speeds were hard to come by. A shift of 5-10 deg to the sth would have made this an epic session but the wind was a little late and too broard. Still ,lots of fun and more to come over the weekend.
