Sandy Bay, TAS, AU

6.2 OD R4   IS86Slim  32 Venom

Couple runs, very nicely powered up. Wind was picking up and didn't want to get stuck in the middle of the Derwent so came in and felt guilty about taking time off work anywayYell Oh well gave the new 6.2 a bit of running in so happy with that. Probably needed the 5.4 and would have been comfortable. Was like summer.

Finally a great days sailing, sailed early on the 107 then to the 90 for the best slalom session ive had in the bay, then in for lunch and back out in the arvo once the bar came up, finally starting to feel like im in the sort of form I want to be in with the upcoming nationals, 14 days or something away...

Keen to say the least.

R4 6.2, Iso 107, 90 carbon and even managed a few runs on the Iso speed W54. 6.2 isnt to nad on the 107 when powered up... StingII 40, 34 and 30 cm

I know Steve, the guilt factor got me & I took my dad down with me and he made me feel nervous, the wind was getting stronger & stronger and he's on the bank saying "Oh I don't think you'd better go back out in that", so the combination of both got to me. When I packed up the wind had eased back nicelyCry. At least I got the feel of the 6.2 for an iny bit. Hopefully tomorrow they'll be a bit of wind about.
